So, what's BlindSpot?
Our Founder, Brett, suddenly found himself being bombarded with requests to create domains, websites, fancy emails and fix broken tech. The majority of these good folks were from Small Businesses and he thought: I should really start charging for this.
In all seriousness, BlindSpot came from a passion for technology and a genuine respect for the people behind the trades, service industries and small businesses in our communities. The idea was simple: help great businesses see what they're missing.
Brett comes from a primarily blue-collar family, and being the odd one out in tech certainly makes things interesting around the dinner table. But it also gave him a front-row seat to the quiet genius of people who can build, repair, create and run a business from the ground up — while having absolutely no interest in spending their evening figuring out domains, websites, email security or why the printer stopped working. Again.
That's where BlindSpot comes in.
